Controling cost that come from admin activities of company
1) HR management
Recruitment activities
Consulting for BOD about company orinization chart, company structure, and All issue related to HR Recruitment issue
Working together with others department in company in order to build : job description that suitable with each position, Study and arrange Human source logically in order to increase working effection
Making period recruitment plan, monthly, quarter, yearly, and action plan for each period recruitment that meet company HR requirement and save cost.
Arrange all recruitment process: identified recruitment request, posting, interview …..

2) Traning Activities
Making yearly training plan, including internal and external training course in order to meet the production and business plan of company
Working together with others department in training activities (internal & external)
Evaluating effection before and after training
3) Building treatment & allowance policy

Buiding company treatment & allowance policy in order to keep good person, motivated working attitude of company employee
Building company salary structure
Buiding company evaluation & award structure , discipline, occupation development, research and buiding development policy, work transferring, and change
Buiding standard for working result evaluation, Labor force using efficiency, Recruitment ,training, operation efficiency, Guiding evaluation method to all company.
Controling salary calculation and payment monthly
Solving others allowance related to worker

Kỹ năng công việc yêu cầu

- Male, Female graduated from university with major HR management, Law or related major
- 03 years experiences and above, Candidate that have working experiences in korea manufacturing company with more than 300 employee is a plus
- Deeply understanding allowance & policy related to employee, ISO procedure, Labour law, Business law, Accouting, people thinking.
- Management & controlling skill
- Plan making, job organize skill
- Analysis and making report skills
- Negotiation skill
